Refused to give company name even though they had full details of an accident which I was involved in - this was quite scary as it breached Data Protection - how did they get the all the details of the accident including my name, address, car reg and details of the other party - obviously a mole or a firm of solicitors with very little or nothing to do other than intimidate older people - a form of 'ambulance chasing' BEWARE.
