this number rang at approx 19.30 on 27/11/2015.. we never answer unknown or with held numbers. WE ARE EX-DIRECTORY thus this was more than like a computer generated dial from a call centre... Regulator Oftel doesn't want to know ( they are as helpful as a one legged man at an arse kicking party.)
