I received a text this morning, saying I needed to pay a parking fine, or the fine would increase (no other details like my car reg or my name given) I clicked for more info, and it took me to what APPEARED to be a true DVLA site. There I stopped, not having a clue where I would have got a ticket. I went out to my car... no ticket. I reported it as spam and had it blocked. I checked my messages list again, by then it had an encryped sign (small blue speech bubble) attached to it. Later the message had gone.
