message received relating to a 'Penalty Penalty Notice (PCN)' - as a final reminder for discounted payments. Saying today is the last day to take advantage of the 50% off penalty discount. Also says 'if you fail to pay a parking ticket issued by your local council within the next 28 days, you will face legal action ...... Then gives a link to check the PCN - https://bit.ly/3YaUrmU?fc=U6LvJqOoxIA. I have not had a request to pay a parking ticket, or indeed a parking ticket, or a Penalty Charge Notice. This came through as a message, but I think it must be a scam.
