Caller had a foreign accent saying it was Stephen Williams from BT, calling about home internet. I asked are you sure you're BT and not just another company, he confirmed he was BT and was phone re home internet could I tell them who main person on account was, I told him if he was BT he should know that and that he had already made a mistake, so his system must be wrong or he was not from BT as stated. I asked for real company name, phone went dead. I have no BT services and my number is not residential. Shame he hung up I was looking forward to keeping him on the line for ages.
