Lucy called and said she was from audiology and needed to arrange a routine appointment with my husband, seemed quite offended when I challenge hard about this. At the start I thought she was from our local area and wondered why my husband needed an appointment , only when I later checked did I realise that this is a company that calls asking about hearing and factories, we have told them in the past we have never worked in any industry that mayhave affected our hearing. I only wish I,d given Lucy more of a hard time these companies are the scourge of the earth!!!

This no called me and said I worked in a factory in the past ! I asked where he got the info from he said the data base I said you had better check that info again he then hung up on me ..I was so cross I didn't ask why he was calling and who was he ...
