Caller claimed to be from BT. They said they had been receiving error messages from my computer and that my internet connection had either been infected or my personal information stolen. They wanted me to give them access to my PC. When I refused and kept on telling them I didn't have a problem with my broadband they simply hung up. I suspect this to be another scam call similar to numerous ones I have received in the past.
