This is a very elaborate scam number. The caller says that they want to sort out your Internet connection. After taking over your computer they tell you that you are entitled to compensation and to open your account so that they can lodge the money into it. The worrying thing is that they knew all my sort codes and account numbers. If you are called by these people put your phone down immediately. The scam is very elaborate! Sounds like it is from a call centre in the far East. I spoke to three different people and and they all had oriental voices.
