Took a call for an elderly client, ( am a Care Worker), a man, not using an English accent said he was calling for the Inland Revenue. I explained the client was deaf, so ideally it was best to write to him. The Caller replied " tell him to make die". I asked him to repeat himself; with which he gave the same answer and hung up.
