I was called yesterday (01/02/2018) via internet. Said they were Apple Security and told my IP had been hacked. If I put my computer on line and allowed them access they would cure the problem. Gave me a phone number (above) and address, 14 Alden Place, Bradford, BD1 3AZ. Google maps unable to find address. Over Christmas had several similar calls with address given in Garrett Lane, Wandsworth, London. Is this a new scam based on the problems caused by the insecurity of Intel computer chips?
