automated dialler, then recorded message saying my sky internet line was going to be cut off, press 1, I did and a pakistani female voice claimed to be from sky and there was a blockage at the back of my internet line, could I see it? asked her to repeat it in english cos accent was so bad, then snapped, gave a torrent of deserved abuse as I don't have sky and she hung up, what a cretin!
