I have been cold called on a number of occasions from this number quite always early in the morning, and as early as 7.25am. Today it was at 7.52am. The caller says they are from "UK Preference" - obviously a survey. It is very annoying when you are semi-retired and don't get up until around 8.30am most days of the week. Surely, there are laws restricting this to something like 9am - 9pm??
