Just had call from them stating that they were form microsoft and that my computer was showing their servers as having been highly infected by hackers - strung them along for abit then told him where to go - he rang back 3 more times then gave up!

Strong accent - said he was feom the Microsoft Corporation and asked if I was the main user. I hung up - he called back.

My wife has just taken a cold call, apparently from Microsoft, asking about her computer. When told that she did not have a computer (which is true in fact) the caller insisted that she did have one. When she again said that she did not have or use a computer & didn't want the call he began shouting and telling her to listen to her & not to put the phone down. He continued to argue & shout at her until she did put the phone down & ended the call. This was most disturbing!
