This number called the morning at 08:14. We let the answerphone take it. We heard it address us by name, but when we went to play back the message it appeared nothing had been recorded. We dialled 1471 to get the number which was 01396 032445. I checked this number on the internet and see that it is unassigned in the UK but there is an STD code 01396 for Jansath (Khatauli) in India. Our phone gave no indication that this was an international number. I suspect it is being used for scams (probably TalkTalk as we keep having a lot of them, despite not being with TalkTalk).
