I was contacted this morning and was asked if they could speak to my husband, I said no, he then asked if I was his wife, I said yes, he then asked if my husband would be interested in a funeral plan!!! I said hardly as hes been dead 6 years. If that call had been made to someone recently bereaved it would be devastating so they should be banned from cold calling

get this call every day. when I answer the line goes dead. Called them back, a male voice told me I had got through to "active calls department" .told them in no uncertain terms that if they didn't remove my number from their list ,I would report them to Ofcom.

He was foreign, and said a comp( Tesco comp)I had entered, the results would be sent to my email,then he said i was also able to buy if I wanted to 16 lottery tickets for 6p each for one month with guaranteed winings. He then asked which bank I banked with I refused to give him the name of my bank and said I would for the email. He said i would not be able to take up the offer if I did not let him know which bank I banked with. I still refused. I am now getting worried that this is some kind of scam. The comp I entered is genuine as I got it from Tesco.

Company: He didn't he just mentioned the Tesco comp.
