I get exactly the same as Peter; they call several times a day. I can hear people talking in the background, but no response to me

They repeatedly call - mostly early evening. Sometimes I hear nothing and the 'phone is put down cutting the call, other times I hear background talking which I cannot quite make out, and like tonight I hear two obviusly English men talking - but always, although I repeat 'hello' several times each time they call, they cut thet call after about 10-20 seconds.
