Spent two hours waiting for an answer(apparently in a queue but only progressed from 3rd to 2nd in that time!, after receiving email about payment for a hotel booking which was made five months ago! Phone call to booking agent confirmed payment had been made and they suggested this was a phishing email. Beware!
