I answered this number and I just said yep which I then repeated yep as I did not; recognise the number and they just hung up. I get bloody fed up with these muppets calling me. How did they get my number in the first place?

Call asking for various details claims to be from Nationwide Building Society- answered questions as vaguely and inaccurately as possible until caller became frustrated and hung up. Foreign accent and sounded like a busy call centre

Mix of silent and voice calls over last 2 weeks. call centre noises in background in some. caller ask for me (incorrect but close), told wrong number but pitches in anyway or hangs up. 2 calls today - one asking for (incorrect) name and one asking if he was speaking to home owner, told wrong number and I hug up.
