My wife said caller didn't identify themselves. Told her our router had been compromised and we needed to change IP address. Hold line to talk to an engineer. I told her to hang up. Our router's IP address is allocated dynamically so it changes every time we switch the router on. Definitely sounds like a scam or phishing call to me. Woman caller had Irish or American accent
