I get this number calling me several times a month. Checked and it’s a scam. They try to get me to log onto my computer and share screen, saying it’s but Openreach and there is a fault on my new router. Funny how they knew it was a new router and the calls started a couple of days after it was delivered. Didn’t fall for it, Pratt’s to be based from a tiny village in Scotland callecMoscow of all things!

This is number has rung 4 times in the last hour which I have ignored as many previous calls from this number have started to talk about my computer when it wasn't working. Is it a fraud attempt?
