When I phoned this number back, 01586830227, it didn't seem to exist!

A phone call from this number turned out to be "Windows" to warn me that my computer was compromised, and I needed urgent help from them. Their phone number to call them back on was 08000314014, but I never phoned it. The lady had an Indian accent. Why was she phoning from Campbeltown?-and was she really from the "Windows help team?"
