We are not sure if this call is genuine. See above he said we could ring back on 0800031 4414 during thre next 10 minutes from 12.52 today

we were called by Rey Summers at 12.52 today saying he was from Tech Help Desk, Software Maintenance from Windows. He said we had a problem with our computer that needs fixing. It is not a virus and it is something only Mcirosoft can fix. I have had a problem that we have been uncable to get fixed. I said wanted to check him out . He gave me 10 mins. He gave me no 0800031 4414 to ring. He rang back at 1.13 and1.15 and 1.22. The number that these calls come from is 0164 227 5583/ Is this a genuine call from micrososoft.
