man on phone said he was from Microsoft and wanted me to do some actions on my pc.... I refused and told him I didn't believe he was from Microsoft, he said he would have to block my license, I told him to do it then and put the phone down!

phoned trying to get access to my computer to fix security issues. wanted payment for this. when using 1471 to ring back the number the number does not exist.
