The call sounded as though it was coming from overseas with a heavy accented caller. He said he was from the telephone blocking service. I hung up and blocked the number.

I received a call again from the above number. I failed together to the phone in time so I entered 1471 to get the caller's number, when I entered 3 to dial back I got a message that the number was not in service,

I was called yet again by the above number at 10:31 am. I missed the call and when I entered 1471 I was given the callers number, followed by 3. I was then told that it was not in service.
