I received this call at around 2.15pm on the 23/10/18. They claimed they were from BT and said my internet was being hacked by several people. At the time i believed what they were saying so i did as they told and went on my computer, following their instructions until they asked for my bank name and number. After this i knew that it was a scam and i told them to "get lost". I turned my computer off and then in the background of the person i was speaking to, someone said "he turned the computer off". Everyone who was speaking had an Indian accent.

Call received 10 minutes ago purporting to be from BT, saying that our computer IP code will be deleted. when we told them that we were not with BT, they hung up.
