Asian accent, couldn't quite catch the name of the company organisation. When I asked why they were calling she said something along the lines of there being something wrong with computer/system but not what, and wanted me to sit at the computer. When I asked how they could know we had been hacked, she said it is not us doing the hacking but as I still didn't feel comfortable with it, I ended the call. Could have been genuine, but who knows? Better safe than sorry.
