Recorded message began by telling me that my internet connection was having problems and would be disconnected shortly. Voice asked me to press either 1 or 2 on my dialling pad for further information. when i did neither and after a few seconds another female voice this time ( a real person) simply said hello but I thought it better just to leave the conversation!
