Said they were upgrading telephone preference service which they said I had subscribed to. Asked how they knew. They then asked me to confirm phone number which they read back to me. Also to confirm I paid phone bill by ddm. I was well and truly suspicious that this was a scam and ended call. He said his name was Alan. I’ve also been getting lots of calls this week from so called BT staff.
