Girl with Liverpool accent called about an accident I was supposed to have had in the last two years. I asked which company she represented. She said Albany Assured. I asked what the phone number of their head office was and was told 0845 222 222. Very similar to a company in Liverpool. I then asked what her name was, and on what number she could be contacted. She said her name was Sarah Martin and that she was going to terminate the call.
