I am being contacted on a regular basis by this number and have called up to 8 times today. Usually its a long silence and then the line goes dead after a computer generated voice says goodbye. When I have got to speak to a person they say they are from Benefits UK. I have tried to ask them to remove my number but the one man said this was the first time he called and then put the phone down on me. I am registered with TPS so shouldn't really get nuisance calls, but this one is absolutely relentless and driving me in sane. Any help or advice on how to rid these calls would be welcome.

6 callls received in 3 hours today. On 4 occasions the line went dead on pickup. On 2 occasions the caller (Indian accent) said he was from a call blocking service. When asked for a call back number the phone was put down on me. On the second contact I complained about being pestered by a so-called call blocking-service and the caller hung up on me.
