This number appears on the display prefaced by the word "International", and as we tend to get quite a number of unwanted calls from international numbers I simply accepted it and then cancelled it without waiting for a response. But when I looked up the list of International Codes online, I couldn't find anything to match it. Hence my enquiry on your website.
