This person who sounded as if he was of Asian/Indian background said that my router had been infiltrated and that to fix the problem I had to switch on my computer & he would then guide me through a process to let him have remote access to my computer. When I asked him who my internet provider was he said B.T. When I told him he was not my internet provider he started saying things like he would kill me or kidnap my partner. I have just tried phoning the number 01984 471118 & it is currently not in service which means that it has been hijacked by some overseas company who are trying their luck which is bad enough, but when they start threatening you or your family this is a serious matter!
