Caller constantly calling my elderly parents saying the are going to cut the internet off then asking to switch computer on so they can remote to it and install some software for you !!!!!

This was a call form BT regarding internet connection being terminated. An American accent pre recoreded notification. Obviously a scam of some sort as I do not have a contract with BT.
