A man with a soft Welsh accent phoned who said he was an insurance broker and would provide a quote for property & contents insurance (I had been looking at quotes on line but not approached anybody). The premium was far too low to be true and I rang off. I tried to phone the number later to see if it really existed, but there was no ringing tone.
