I answered this call but realised it was a call centre so put the phone down. Since then I have been telephoned 10 times in 2 days, 5 times by number ending in 37 rather than 39. There has been no answerphone message left so I know it is not family or anyone I know.

silent call, well once a/phone picked up "they" terminated, no message; basic web research reveals spammer pretending to be able to prevent nuisance calls, for free, and sometimes suggesting they from tps, to boot .... i know where i'd like to put my boot!
