This guy phones me up 5 times telling I have a problem with my computer. I have already contacted Virgin & they have told me there is a problem in Edinburgh & it should be resolved by tonight. This guy who called was very quick with his name & the company he worked with. When I asked him to repeat the name & number again it was impossible to tell. He asked me to go on the computer & he was trying to get me to go to the computer & he was to take over the computer. I asked him what my name was, what type of computer I was using & what was the purpose of letting him take over my computer. None of the reasons he gave was satisfactory & I put the phone down.
