Caller had a very difficult accent to understand told me I had a problem with my Microsoft programme. I asked where he was calling from he said Victoria place. I asked where this was he said London. I informed if I had a problem I would take it back to the shop to get it sorted. Because as me more insistent I put the phone down. It ust didn't feel right.

Took a second to connect. Lot od background noise like a call centre English sounding female voice She said "Hello" I said "hello" - I have a no nonsense tone to my voice She hung up. Probably a scammer. Other phone number serach sites say people were called by Microsoft Tech Support. Microsoft never do that. These were almost certainly scammers trying to get access to your PC
