Called twice per day, for several days. I let the caller ring off every time until I'd had enough. I then I rang the number back. I was taken straight through an automated call direction system, which didn't advise the name of the company I had called. After around 5 minutes I was put through to a chap who told me his name and that it was AQUA customer services, late payments that I was speaking to.
