This caller spam and is using the above number to piggyback to genuine UK numbers. The STD code is Craigellachie in Scotland. I asked the Asian caller how Craigellachie was and if it was snowing yet. After several failed attempts to ensure me they were not a Craigellachie and I told them they were, they hung up!
