Called me today, "Steve from Microsoft" - when I said I hadn't asked for any calls from Microsoft he hung up (no surprise there). When I tried to redial the number a BT voice cut in after 0171 and said the number hadn't been recognised, so obviously they're getting cleverer about not being traced! Anne
