Says it is BT and that my lines will be terminated tomorrow (I have had the exact same call from other numbers and I block them, but then they just call from another number. It is a recorded voice and goes on to say that my communication lines are being terminated tomorrow and if I do not want this to happen I should phone BT Technical Dept. Having done this on one ocassion I spoke to a lady at BT called Tuesday who said her mother's name was June???? who assured me that BT would never phone customers, but would write or email instead. I have had regular callers stating they were from BT promotions as well over the past few years and have problems with my line, loud crackling and broadband interruptions and complete blackout recently too.
