I was called this morning (7.10.15) from 01902602815 (obtained after the call form 1471), same scenario as ,"Geoff" ie wanted me to do some check on my pc. I did not have tiem to deal with the call and asked for a contact details. Was told the call was from Technic Help, the name of the caller was Richard Paul and that he could be contacted on 08000314591. I have called 01902602815, the answer from the number is that it does not take in coming calls. The 0800 031 4596 number does answers in an American accent, (automated) as Technical support department,

I had a call at 12:15 on 6 October 2015 purporting to be from this number. The caller was apparently trying to get me to do some status checks on my computer for malware. Presumably this was a social engineering attempt to get me to downloada trojan or similar.. I closed the call. THe number does not ring out when called back
