This is a company (Lowri Beck Services) that collects energy meter readings on behalf of various providers (incl. Co-operative Energy). Seems to be quite genuine and, as someone else said, giving them your meter reading seems harmless. See www.myreading.net

This number called today at 2.34 pm. My wife answered; caller asked for me; my wife asked who was calling; pause - "this is a very bad line - I will call back". End of call!
