they are scammers, who steal then call to offer you refund when they need your new details. most 0127 numbers are based in Brighton area but most are connected with Thailand and Vietnamese scammers. the company that use this number say they are from Microsoft windows and then ask to log into your pc. dont listen to a word they say. just report to Microsoft. When your pc crashes Microsoft ask you to tell them by sending a message saying you've crashed. this is how the scammers get all your details. From now on ignore the "send crash report" that is where it all begins and make all your personal details theirs. warning. NEVER LET ANYONE TAKE OVER CONTROL OF YOUR COMPUTER, IT IS YOURS AND ONLY YOU SHOULD USE IT."
