My answering machine took the call and they immediately rang off. This has been reoccurring every day over the past week. I looked up the number and found that many people had complained about the telemarketing firm "Getaway Holidays" using this number. The number according to OFCOM belongs to Numbergroup Network Ltd in Brighton. I have raised a formal complaint with TPS and if it persists then with ICO.

they called and when answering machine pick up caller, they rang off immediately and no message left.

Called by this no. who introduced themselves as James from Getaway Holidays, Tenerife. I told him I didn't wish to have the call and he said "why is that" I said I was registered for TPS and he rudely interrupted saying "well you want to check the Guardian and keep up with things then" - he immediately hung up.
