I have had repeated calls from this number. I am ex-directory and belong to the Telephone Preference Scheme. These calls are sometimes silent, usually made at around 4 - 6.30 in the evening. When someone speaks I ask them where they are calling from and they say "South-East Asia" I tell them they are invading my privacy and should not have this number. They always say "I am not trying to sell you anything". I ask them (firmly) to delete my number from their records.
