Phone call from an Indian sounding man who said I needed to open up my laptop so he could guide me through a virus he had detected. Said he was from BT. Told him BT never used such a number and would he get off my phone and never ring it again. He was a liar! Bit harsh for me but am fed up of these wretched calls.

The person called me saying it was a call from BT. It was a very bad line and I asked her to repeat what she was saying. She hung up. I have had a number of messages left on my answer machine associated with my home number. Each one regarding either my phone line or broad band. I am suspicious. My telephone recorded the call as international.Please will someone investigate this and get back to me via email. Thank you.
